1. avocado, olive oil
I am very happy to become avocado food popular because they an excellent source of vitamin E and healthy fats, and contain fiber and vitamin C. I personally eat them almost every day. Vitamin E is a soluble antioxidant in fats that are found on the qualities photoprotective. And offer some protection against UV rays, and also prevents damage to the skin due to UV infections. In addition to being a great source of vitamin E and olive oil is rich in compounds polyphenolic, and antioxidants that fight free radicals, and thus help prevent premature aging. Vitamin E is the also care very effective topical skin component.

One of my favorite products for the skin, Argan oil is packed with vitamin E and works wonderful moisturizer for the skin of people with combination and oily skin types as it did sebum regulating real estate. It also works wonders when applied to damaged / brittle hair.

2. Leafy greens
I'm sure I saw the next one! Leafy green vegetables - especially spinach and kale - are an exceptional source of plant nutrients. In particular, it provides two nutrients spinach, lutein and beta-carotene which has been shown to enhance the elasticity of the skin. Leafy green vegetables also provide vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that helps repair the skin caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation and environmental toxins damage. Vitamin C also helps boost the production of collagen, and enhance durability and elasticity of the skin. We can not ignore the Greens, and people.

Tip: If you have difficulty in eating their vegetables because you do not like the taste of it, in an attempt to fry in grass-fed small butter, unsalted butter as Kerry Gold, available at most grocery stores across the United States and the United States and Europe. Add a pinch of sea salt and garlic powder to taste. If you are lactose intolerant, you can use butter instead of butter. Ghee has the same benefits of butter and feed the grass, but is almost completely devoid of solid material in the milk butter. If you must avoid dairy products all together, you can use coconut oil (not a virgin, but the extraction of the press coconut oil, as it has no coconut flavor for it).

3. fermented foods

Nuts are the real powers nutrition. They are rich in Omega, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals fatty acids. In particular, Brazil nuts contain selenium, which has been found to be particularly useful for the hair and scalp, especially when it is dry or prone to dandruff. Such as avocado, olive oil and nuts are a great source of vitamin E, which carries all the benefits mentioned above. Pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of zinc, which has been shown to be extremely useful in patients who suffer from acne.

Tip: For a complete nutritional benefits, should be eaten raw nuts and should be adequately prepared by immersion. Soak overnight nuts it helps to rid it of anti-nutrients that make it difficult to digest. Preparation nuts in a similar manner as you do with beans, legumes and other means. Nuts soak overnight (at least seven hours) in filtered water with a tablespoon of sea salt. Once submerged, drain the water and rinse them off. Egg yolks contain important nutrients called biotin, vitamin B (B7). Low levels of biotin can lead to fragility of nails and hair loss, while healthy levels of biotin can actually reverse these conditions. However, in order to get all the benefits of eating eggs should try to buy eggs from the local farm pastures, where chickens are truly free cage and get the sunshine, grass and insects.
